Common Reasons Why People Attend Therapy

Many times people wonder whether they should go to therapy or not. They wonder why other people go to therapy. They wonder if it could help in their situation. Sometimes they are worried that a relationship is too far gone to save, or they are having trouble recovering from a traumatic situation. Maybe they want to set goals or get out of a rut. All of these concerns can be assisted by application of constructive, science-based concepts in individual, couples or family therapy.
To start, relax on my zen green sofa, and simply tell me what’s going on. As you hear yourself talking about everything, clarifications and insights will begin to emerge. Symptoms and negative emotions start to ease, and you may dare to be hopeful again.
